摘　　要：目的 通过网状Meta分析评价不同非手术干预对烧伤瘢痕的治疗效果。方法 检索中国知网、维普、万方、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、Embase中非手术干预对烧伤瘢痕治疗效果的随机对照试验研究,检索时限为建库至2022年2月。采用Revman 5.4和R 4.1.2进行网状Meta分析。结果 纳入21项研究,涉及7种非手术干预措施,共计1258例患者。结果显示,按摩治疗对烧伤瘢痕整体形态恢复、减轻瘢痕厚度效果最佳;激光治疗对缓解瘢痕疼痛效果最佳。结论 现有证据表明在烧伤瘢痕非手术治疗措施中,按摩治疗或激光治疗的效果最为明显,值得在临床实践中推广应用。Objective To evaluate the effect of different non-surgical interventions in treating burn scars through a network meta-analysis.Methods The databases of CNKI,VIP,WanFang Data, CBM,PubMed, Cochrane Library, Web of Science and Embase were searched for randomized controlled trials(RCT) about the effects of the non-surgical intervention on burn scars.The retrieval period was from the inception up to February 2022.Revman 5.4 and R 4.1.2 were used for the network meta-analysis.Results A total of 21 studies were included, involving 7 non-surgical interventions and 1258 patients.The results showed that massage therapy had the best effect on restoring the shape of the burn scar and reducing burn scar thickness;laser therapy had the best effect on relieving the pain of the burn scar.Conclusions Current evidence shows that massage therapy or laser therapy is recommended to improve burn scars in the non-surgical treatment of burn scars, and is worth promoting in clinical practice.
