摘　　要：总结一例火棉胶婴儿的护理经验,为以后的相关研究提供参考。主要护理要点包括预防和控制感染、皮肤护理、五官护理、营养管理、评估患儿疼痛程度并实施护理措施及对父母进行心理护理和出院指导。经过48 d的治疗护理,患儿度过易感期,好转出院。随访8个月,患儿躯干与头部皮肤仍有少量表皮鳞屑反复生成、脱落。The nursing care of a collodion baby was summarized to provide a reference for future related research.The main nursing points included prevention and control of infection, skin care, facial features care, nutritional management, assessment of the infant’s pain grade and implementation of corresponding nursing measures, as well as psychological care and discharge guidance for parents.After 48 days of treatment and care, the infant has passed the susceptible period and was discharged from the hospital.During the 8-month follow-up, a small number of epidermal scales still formed and fell off repeatedly on the infant’s body and head.
