摘　　要：基于政策扩散理论视角,运用文献资料、内容分析等研究方法,以省级行政区域发布的体教融合政策文件为研究对象,探析体教融合政策扩散的特征及机制。研究认为,我国体教融合政策扩散在时间上呈现“S”型曲线发展态势、在扩散空间上呈现层级扩散模式等特征。省级行政区域的扩散机制主要表现为层级治理和多属性治理两种形式。未来深化体教融合政策发展应完善政策体系,提升体教融合高位推进;加强政策创新,凸显体教融合区域特色;强化学习竞争,推动政策区域主体合作;强调可操作性,确保政府政策具体落实。Based on the theoretical perspective of policy diffusion,using literature,content analysis and other research methods,this paper takes the sports and education integration policy documents issued by provincial administrative regions as the research object,and analyzes the characteristics and mechanism of sports and education integration policy diffusion.It is concluded that the diffusion of sports and education integration policy in China shows S-shaped curve development trend in time and hierarchical diffusion pattern in diffusion space.The diffusion mechanism of provincial administrative regions is mainly manifested in two forms:hierarchical governance and multi-attribute governance.In the future,we should improve the policy system to promote the integration of sports and education.Strengthen policy innovation,highlight the regional characteristics of sports education integration;Strengthen the competition of learning and promote the cooperation among policy regions;We will emphasize operability and ensure the concrete implementation of governmentpolicies.
