摘　　要：体育场馆是举办体育赛事的重要舞台,场馆作为政府提供公共服务的载体,兼顾平时和赛时的使用,对于服务大众、整合资源、节约成本均有意义。该文以第十一届全运会举重比赛场馆皇亭体育馆为例,从平时和赛时的需求作为切入点,探求促使体育馆平赛状态发生关联并转换的应变设计手法,呈现自全运会结束后至今十一余年间场馆利用的基本状况,对其在空间复合化、赛事功能转化、运营模式多样化等方面进行分析和探讨,这种反馈有益于填补第十一届全运会比赛场馆既有资料的不足,旨在探寻可持续理念下体育建筑未来发展之路。The venues is an important stage for holding sports events, and the venues serves as the carrier for the government to provide public services. Taking into account the combination of normal and race use is meaningful for serving the public, integrating resources and saving costs. Taking Huangting Venues, the weightlifting venue of the 11th National Games as an example, we explore the design techniques to promote the correlation and transformation of the match in normal and competition time. It presents the basic situation of the post-competition utilization of venues in more than eleven years since the end of the National Games, then we analyze and discuss its spatial compound, function transformation, and diversification of operation modes. This feedback is helpful to fill in the shortage of existing information of venues for the 11th National Games, aiming to explore the future development path of sports buildings under the sustainable concept.
