摘　　要：在高质量发展的背景下,推进城市发展方式转型,促进城市包容性发展已成为新时代的迫切要求。该文基于对包容性发展理论与内涵的分析,构建包容性发展理念下的城中村改造评价框架与指标体系,选取武汉市三个典型案例,对不同的改造模式进行包容性评估,总结不同更新模式及其包容性发展效应和作用机制,为提高城市包容性和发展质量提出策略。In the context of high-quality development, it has become an urgent requirement of the new era to promote the transformation of urban development methods and promote the inclusive development of cities. Based on the analysis of the theory and connotation of inclusive development, we construct an evaluation framework and index system for urban village reconstruction under the concept of inclusive development, we also select three typical cases in Wuhan and conduct inclusive evaluation based on different reconstruction models, then we summarize different renewal models and their inclusive development effects and mechanisms, we hope to propose strategies for improving the inclusiveness and development quality of cities.
