城市历史景观视角下“非典型历史城区”保护与活化探索——以天津宝坻老城为例

摘　　要：在我国城市中存在大批“非典型历史城区”,因为其不属于历史文化名城的保护范围之内,所以难免遭遇大规模推倒重建的待遇,导致其独特的文化价值、发展价值都难以彰显。通过对“城市历史景观”的产生及内涵进行解析,提炼出历史景观保护的“时空观”,包括“时间”维度的文化价值挖掘和“空间”维度的现存景观特征识别,去认知非典型历史城区的独特价值,对其进行整体性的保护活化。最后以天津宝坻老城区为例进行研究,以期为其他同类型研究提供借鉴。There are a large number of "Non-typical historical urban areas" in our cities, because they do not belong to the protection scope of historical and cultural cities, so it is inevitable to encounter the treatment of large-scale demolition and reconstruction, as a result, its unique cultural value and development value are difficult to highlight. By analyzing the origin and connotation of "Urban historical landscape", we refine the "space-time view" of historical landscape protection, including the cultural value excavation of "Time" dimension and the existing landscape feature identification of "Space" dimension, on the basis of the holographic study of the heritage, we emphasize the holistic protection strategy of the cultural heritage. Finally, the Old City of Baodi in Tianjin is taken as an example to provide reference for other similar studies.
