土家族传统民居功能演变与形式转向——以鄂西利川市兰田村为例

摘　　要：当下土家族传统民居的形态和功能正急剧演变,并呈现出失序演替等问题,亟需理论指导和实践关切。基于调查现状归纳兰田村的传统民居演变类型,基于此利用扎根理论探讨传统民居功能演变及形式转向的影响因素并提出相应的保护建议,以期为传统村落可持续化发展提供参考。At present, the form and function of Tujia traditional folk houses are rapidly evolving, showing problems such as out of order succession, which urgently need theoretical guidance and practical concern. Based on the investigation, we summarize the evolution types of traditional houses in Lantian village, then we discuss the influencing factors of function evolution and form transformation of traditional houses by using grounded theory, finally we put forward corresponding protection suggestions, so as to provide reference for the sustainable development of traditional villages.
