摘 要:以某外能源转膛武器为研究对象,对其槽轮驱动机构进行改进,用平行分度凸轮机构代替原方案的槽轮机构。选择改进正弦加速度运动规律,对其进行编程计算验证所选运动规律的合理性。根据转膛武器特点确定平行分度凸轮自动循环图,计算获得平行分度凸轮的具体参数并建立三维模型,最后对两种间歇机构进行动力学仿真对比。结果表明:平行分度凸轮驱动转膛体转动时的接触力与角速度均远小于槽轮机构驱动,角速度约为槽轮驱动的60%,接触力约为槽轮驱动的5%,说明平行分度凸轮驱动过程更加平稳且具有更好的力学性能,在外能源转膛武器上可以应用。Taking an external energy revolving weapon as the research object, the grooved wheel driving mechanism is improved, and the parallel indexing cam mechanism is used to replace the original grooved wheel mechanism. Selecting the improved sinusoidal acceleration motion law, we could program and calculate it to verify the rationality of the selected motion law. According to the characteristics of revolver weapon, the automatic circulation diagram of parallel indexing cam is determined, the specific parameters of parallel indexing cam are calculated, and the three-dimensional model is established. Finally, the dynamic simulation comparison of the two intermittent mechanisms is carried out. The results show that the contact force and angular velocity of the parallel indexing cam driving the rotating body are much less than that of the grooved wheel mechanism. The angular velocity is about 60% of the grooved wheel mechanism and the contact force is about 5% of the grooved wheel mechanism. It shows that the driving process of the parallel indexing cam is more stable and has better mechanical properties, which can be applied to the external energy revolving weapon.
