摘　　要：基于QA1级质保等级要求,借鉴核电产品先进质量管理及生产经验,运用全面质量管理理念,总结了“华龙一号”辐照监督管首单产品批生产制造中的质量控制方法及经验反馈,保障了“华龙一号”海外首堆辐照监督管产品的制造质量与生产进度,对后续辐照监督管及其他相关核电产品的批生产质量控制具有借鉴意义。The quality control methods and experience feedback in the manufacturing process of the first batch of HPR1000 irradiation surveillance capsule are summarized.Based on the requirements of quality assurance level QA1,it proposes the advanced experience of quality management and production of nuclear power products. And we applie total quality management concept in it. This ensures the manufacturing quality and production progress of the irradiation surveillance capsule of the first overseas HPR1000 nuclear reactor. And it can be used for reference to the quality control of Irradiation Surveillance Capsule and other related nuclear power products in batch production.
