绿色金融推动低碳经济发展路径分析——以吉林市银行业“绿色金融项目”为例

摘　　要：2020年中央发布的“十四五”规划中,提出要加快推动绿色低碳发展,发展绿色金融以及推进重点行业和领域绿色化改造。目前我国经济正处在转变发展方式的攻关期,可持续发展面临的重大问题是绿色金融。本文在低碳经济新形势下,首先详细论述了绿色金融的概念与内涵,然后从水务工程基础设施绿色升级和清洁能源产业升级两大方面入手,运用典型的绿色金融推进案例,研究总结出吉林市发展绿色金融取得的效果;并从政府部门、金融机构和企业三个角度分析了发展绿色金融的现实意义,最后针对我国绿色金融发展中出现的问题对金融机构提出未来核心任务。In the"14th Five-Year Plan"issued by the central government in 2020,it is proposed to accelerate the promotion of green and low-carbon development,the development of green finance,and the green transformation of key industries and fields.At present,our country’s economy is in the critical period of changing the development mode,and the major problem facing sustainable development is green finance.Under the new situation of low-carbon economy,this paper first discusses the concept and connotation of green finance in detail,and then starts from the two aspects of water engineering infrastructure green upgrade and clean energy industry upgrade,and uses typical green finance promotion cases to study and summarize Jilin.Finally,it expresses the practical significance of developing green finance from the perspectives of government departments,financial institutions and enterprises,and proposes future core tasks for financial institutions in view of the problems in the development of green finance in my country.
