基于废纸制备类石墨烯碳材料及其气敏性能的研究

摘  要:基于废纸制备了类石墨烯的碳材料,并通过表面活性剂进行了改性,然后将碳化的纸(CP)用洗衣粉改性的碳材料(CP/LD)运用到氨气(NH3)和甲醛(CH2O)的检测中.实验结果表明:CP传感器显示出p型半导体的特性,CP/LD传感器显示出n型半导体的特性,但是CP传感器对两种气体的响应较小,改性之后CP/LD传感器对两种气体的响应显著提高,响应大小分别为2021.59%和756.73%,提高了1168倍和176倍,对85%的相对湿度(85%RH)表现出较好的抗干扰性.此外,两种传感器都表现出良好的可重复特性.In this paper,graphene-like carbon materials were prepared from waste paper and modified by surfactants.The carbonized paper(CP)and the carbon material modified with laundry detergent(CP/LD)were applied to the detection of ammonia(NH3)and formaldehyde(CH2O).The experimental results show that the CP sensor shows the characteristics of p-type semiconductor and the CP/LD sensor shows the characteristics of n-type semiconductor,but the response of CP sensor is small for both gases,and the response of CP/LD sensing for both gases is significantly improved after modification,with the response size of 2021.59%and 756.73%respectively,which is 1168 and 176 times better,and 85%of relative humidity(85%RH)showed better resistance to interference.In addition,both sensors exhibit good reproducible properties.
