国内首台1000MW褐煤机组凝结水精处理智慧运行技术路线探讨

摘　　要：目前我国电力行业正在转型调整阶段,对电力系统安全稳定运行提出了更高要求,现有机组延寿和灵活性改造成为迫切需求。火电机组深度调峰和快速调峰对凝结水精处理系统的运行可靠性提出了严峻的考验,以保障机组水汽品质。针对精处理传统运行工艺存在的问题,江苏能源乌拉盖电厂新建2×1 000 WM高效超超临界燃煤机组精处理系统拟采用全过程智能监控的技术路线。该技术路线包括应用IRIC树脂界面智能识别及控制仪、混床体外再生过程智能监控系统、树脂擦洗终点智能监测仪和树脂泄漏智能检测仪等新技术形成的西安热工研究院(TPRI)的系列专利设备,实现凝结水精处理智慧运行,在节水减排、提质增效及碳减排方面都将具有显著效果,机组安全运行得以保证,经济效益和社会效益均得到显著提高。At present, China′s power industry is in the stage of transformation and adjustment, which puts forward higher requirements for the safe and stable operation of the power system, and the existing unit life extension and flexibility transformation become an urgent need.Deep and fast peak shaving of thermal power units put forward a severe test on the operation reliability of condensate polishing system to ensure the water and steam quality of units.In view of the problems existing in the traditional operation process of fine treatment, Jiangsu Energy Wulagai Power Plant built precision processing system of 2 ×1 000 WM high-efficiency ultra supercritical coal-fired unit was proposed to adopt the technical route of whole process intelligent monitoring.The technical route included a series of patented equipment of Xi′an Thermal Engineering Research Institute(TPRI) formed by applying new technologies such as IRIC resin interface intelligent identification and control instrument, mixed bed external regeneration process intelligent monitoring system, resin scrubbing end point intelligent monitor and resin leakage intelligent detector to realize intelligent operation of condensate polishing, which would have significant effects in water saving and emission reduction, quality and efficiency improvement and carbon emission reduction, and ensure safe operation of the unit, both economic and social benefits had been significantly improved.
