摘 要:老石旦煤矿16402工作面回风巷受相邻工作面长距离悬顶及周期性来压的影响,存在底鼓、两帮破坏严重的问题。现场实测得到16402工作面回风巷围岩变形特征,并建立了断裂线位于不同位置时的力学模型,比较了3种情况下煤柱承担荷载的大小。结果显示,当断裂线位于煤柱一侧时煤柱所承担的荷载最小,从而确定了厚煤层综放开采条件下的双向聚能张拉爆破切顶卸压技术方案。现场测试表明,采用双向聚能张拉爆破切顶护巷技术以后,16402工作面回风巷宽度和高度的收敛量分别下降了85%和95.8%,减少了巷道维修费用和工人劳动强度,促进了综采工作面的安全高效生产。The air return roadway of 16402 working face in Laoshidan Coal Mine is affected by the long distance suspended roof and periodic weighting of adjacent working faces, and there are serious problems of floor heave and wall damage.The deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock of the air return roadway in 16402 working face were measured on site, and the mechanical models were established when the fracture line was at different positions.The results show that when the fracture line is on one side of the coal pillar, the load borne by the coal pillar is the minimum, so the technical scheme of two-way shaped charge tension blasting for roof cutting and pressure relief under the condition of fully-mechanized top coal caving mining in thick coal seams is determined.Field test shows that the convergence of the width and height of the air return roadway in 16402 working face has decreased by 85% and 95.8% respectively after the adoption of the technology of two-way concentrated energy tension blasting to cut the roof and protect the roadway, which reduces the maintenance cost of the roadway and the labor intensity of workers, and promotes the safe and efficient production of the fully-mechanized working face.
