摘　　要：百年未有之大变局下全球治理体系正经历深刻调整,标准化全球治理成为全球治理实践发展新特征。标准化全球治理通过治理主体多元化、治理内容广泛以及治理方式更加灵活,将传统全球治理无法有效控制的微观层级和公共服务等纳入治理范畴,成为传统全球治理的有益补充,也为中国从深度参与向引领全球治理的历史跨越带来新机遇。而“守正”与“拓展”并举是现阶段中国实现这一历史跨越的现实之选。“守正”是我们始终做多边主义践行者:“拓展”是把握标准化全球治理新特征。但标准国际化之不足、世界标准强国激烈之竞争是我国突破标准化全球治理面临的两大主要难题,而数字化为中国突破发展瓶颈带来更多可能。以“人类命运共同体”理念为基本价值遵循,以标准的制度型开放为根本制度路径,积极参与国际标准活动并提高国际标准提案质量,关键领域国际标准化的重点突破,把握数字标准化与标准数字化新业态是中国实现从深度参与向引领全球治理跨越的重要路径。The global governance system is undergoing profound adjustments,and standardized global governance has become a new feature in the development of global governance practices.Standardized global governance brings micro levels and public services that cannot be effectively controlled by traditional global governance into the scope of governance through the diversification of governance subjects,wide-ranging governance contents and more flexible governance methods.It has become a beneficial supplement to traditional global governance and also brings new opportunities for China to make a historic leap from deep participation to leading global governance.At the present stage,it is the realistic choice for China to"keep integrity"and"expand"."Keep integrity"means that we always practice multilateralism;"expand"is to grasp the standardized global governance.However,the lack of internationalization of standards and the fierce competition among the world are the two main challenges facing China in breaking through the global governance of standardization,and digitalization brings more possibilities for China to break through the development bottleneck.Taking the concept of"community with a shared future for mankind"as the basic value,the institutional openness of standards as the fundamental institutional path,actively participating in international standard activities and improving the quality of international standard proposals,achieving key breakthroughs in international standardization in key areas,and grasping the new industry of digital standardization and digitization of standards are important paths for China to realize the leap from deep participation to leading global governance.
