摘 要:以重型刮板输送机的齿轮传动系统为研究对象,对其进行动力学分析和动态优化设计,从振动的角度对齿轮传动系统进行再设计,达到低振动、低噪声的要求。采用集中质量法建立齿轮传动系统的扭转振动模型,并列出振动方程,计算出其低阶固有频率。在对齿轮传动系统进行共振分析的基础上,通过灵敏度分析找到敏感参数,并对其进行修改,改变齿轮传动系统的固有频率,避免共振的发生,进而缩短研发周期、降低研发成本。Taking the gear transmission system of the heavy scraper conveyor as the research object,the dynamic analysis and dynamic optimization design are carried out,and the gear transmission system is redesigned from the perspective of vibration,which can meet the requirements of low vibration and low noise.The torsional vibration model of the gear transmission system is established by the lumped mass method,the vibration equation is listed to calculate the low-order natural frequency.On the basis of the resonance analysis of the gear transmission system,the sensitive parameters are obtained and modified through the sensitivity analysis,and the natural frequency of the gear transmission system is changed to avoid the occurrence of resonance,and shorten the research and development cycle and reduce the research and development cost.
