摘 要:损耗和温升问题对要求高精度控制以及高可靠性的永磁力矩电机非常重要。本文在对力矩电机损耗与温升问题的理论分析基础上,对比了拼装式定子结构力矩电机和整体铁心式定子结构力矩电机的性能差异,研究了拼装式定子结构力矩电机的损耗与其定子槽型尺寸的关系,并根据研究关系对定子槽型尺寸进行了优化,在对结构优化后的力矩电机进行温度场仿真分析后制作了样机,最后通过样机的温升实验验证了理论仿真分析的结果和优化后的力矩电机设计方案的合理性。The research of loss and temperature rise are vital for realizing the high precision control and high reliability of permanent magnet torque motors.In this paper,on the basis of the theoretical analysis of the loss and temperature rise problems,the performance differences between the torque motor with assembled stator structure and that with integral core stator structure are compared.And the relationship between the loss and the stator slot size of the torque motor with assembled stator structure is studied.Then the stator slot size is optimized according to the relationship.Finally,the results of the theoretical simulation analysis and the rationality of the optimized torque motor design are verified by the temperature rise experiment of the prototype.
