摘  要:建立了地铁车辆在空气弹簧失效后的多体动力学模型。评价了在踏面不同的磨耗情况下,各部件失效对于车辆临界速度的影响,并根据GB/T 5599-2019,评估了在踏面不同的磨耗以及车辆不同的载客情况下,空气弹簧失效对于车辆的曲线通过能力以及运行平稳性的影响。计算结果表明:空簧失效后会导致车辆临界速度降低,但对于磨耗后的踏面降低幅值较少,除此之外,还会导致车辆的平稳性大幅恶化。空簧失效对于车辆通过小曲线时的影响有限,但如果车辆高速通过大半径曲线,则可能会产生危险。A multi-body dynamics model of metro vehicles with the failure of air spring is established.The effect of component failure on the critical speed of the vehicles under different tread wear conditions are evaluated.And according to GB/T 5599-2019 standard,the influence of the air spring failure on the curve passing ability and the running stability of the vehicles under different tread wear conditions and different passenger capacity of the vehicles are evaluated.The calculation results show that the failure of the air spring will lead to the reduction of the critical speed of the vehicle,but the reduction amplitude of the worn tread is small.In addition,it will also lead to the significant deterioration of the stability of the vehicle.The effect of air spring failure on the vehicle passing through small curves is limited,but it may be dangerous if the vehicle passes through large radius curves at high speed.
