摘　　要：禁忌的发展变化史,反映了人类的文明史。中华文明史也可以通过道教时日禁忌史来探寻。青年学者廖宇新著的《道教时日禁忌研究》是近年来难得的研究道教时日禁忌的一部力作。作者十年磨一剑,对道教时日禁忌的历史发展、派别状况、与其他禁忌的异同性等进行了深入研究。既关注道教的理论和仪式,又梳理历史脉络,同时关注传世典籍和民俗生活以及道教时日禁忌的时代特征。该书独辟蹊径,开拓了道教文化研究诸多新领域,挖掘了道教时日禁忌深厚的教育价值,富有教育性。不仅对道教本身,而且对整个古代社会的禁忌文化,甚至禁忌文化所反映的古代民俗生活、民间信仰等有着积极的意义;对于弘扬中华民族共同体文化和增强中华民族共同体意识有积极贡献。The development and change history of taboos reflects the history of human civilization.The history of Chinese civilization can also be explored through the history of Taoist taboos.The newly written book of Research on Taoist Time and Day Taboos by young scholar Liao Yu is a rare masterpiece in recent years to study Taoist time and day taboos.The author has made an in-depth study on the historical development,factional status and similarities and differences with other taboos.It not only pays attention to the theory and ceremony of Taoism,but also combs the historical context.At the same time,it pays attention to the handed down classics and folk life,as well as the grasp of the era characteristics of Taoist time taboos.The book opens up many new fields of Taoist cultural research,and explores the profound educational value of Taoist time taboos.It is of positive significance not only to Taoism itself,but also to the taboo culture of the whole ancient society,and even to the ancient folk life and folk beliefs reflected by the taboo culture;It has made positive contributions to the construction of the common culture of the Chinese nation and the enhancement of the consciousness of the Chinese nation community.
