伍尔夫《一间自己的房间》中的双重英国性

摘　　要：作为一位英国女作家,伍尔夫的作品大都体现着“英国性”。本文意在揭露她的作品《一间自己的房间》(简称《房间》)的双重英国性。一方面,《房间》中存在着帝国主义英国性的优生思想和英国与东方世界的我与他的对立。另一方面,《房间》也蕴含着赞颂平凡的反优生叙事和伍尔夫以女性漫游者的身份反思英国厌女与殖民的野蛮传统,使人道主义的英国性成为《房间》的主基调。As an English woman writer,most of Woolf's works embody the"English character".This paper is intended to expose the dual Englishness of her work A Room of One's Own(Room for short).On the one hand,there are imperialist British eugenics and the opposition between Britain and the East.On the other hand,the Room also contains the anti eugenics narrative praising the ordinary and Woolf reflects on the British tradition of misogyny and colonialism as a female wanderer,making the humanitarian Englishness the main tone of the Room.
