摘　　要：目的 :评估柴芩清宁胶囊治疗急性上呼吸道感染合并发热的有效性与安全性。方法 :采用前瞻性、多中心、随机、双盲、对照的研究方法,将280例上呼吸道感染发热患者随机分为试验组和对照组各140例。试验组予以柴芩清宁胶囊,对照组予以清开灵胶囊,均口服给药,3次/d,疗程3 d。观察用药后体温变化、单项中医症状积分、中医证候疗效及安全性指标。结果 :经治疗,试验组自3 h后的体温低于对照组;咽痛、咳嗽、咳痰等3个中医症状积分的治疗前后差值均高于对照组;中医证候疗效优于对照组(均P <0.05)。两组发热症状完全消失,无明显不良反应发生。结论:柴芩清宁胶囊能缩短退热时间,改善疾病症状,提高疾病疗效,在治疗上呼吸道感染方面较清开灵胶囊更具优势。Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Chaiqin Qingning capsule in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infections with fever.Methods:A prospective,multi-center,randomized,double-blinded controlled trial was conducted.Two hundred and eighty patients with acute upper respiratory tract infections and fever were enrolled and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group with 140 cases each.The experimental group was treated with Chaiqin Qingning capsule,while the control group was treated with Qingkailing capsule.All the patients were orally administered three times a day for three consecutive days.The changes of body temperature after administration,monomial traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect and safety indicators were observed.Results:After the treatment,the body temperature at 3 hours after administration was lower,the differences of the three traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores before and after treatment,sore throat,cough and coughing sputum were higher and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect was better in the experimental group than the control group(all P<0.05).The symptom of fever disappeared completely in both groups,and no serious adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion:Chaiqin Qingning capsule can shorten the fever clearance time,ameliorate the symptoms of the acute upper respiratory tract infections,and improve the curative efficiency and has more advantages in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infections than Qingkailing capsule.
