自拟通络活血汤加针刺联合尼莫地平片治疗血管神经性头痛的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 研究自拟通络活血汤与针刺治疗血管神经性头痛的临床效果。方法 选择2019年1月—2021年12月本院收治的血管神经性头痛患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各30例。对照组患者给予尼莫地平片治疗;观察组患者于对照组治疗的基础上加服自拟通络活血汤治疗和针刺治疗。观察两组患者治疗后头痛强度评分、头痛频率评分和头痛持续时间评分的变化情况。结果 与治疗前比较,两组患者头痛强度评分、头痛频率评分和头痛持续时间评分均低于治疗前(P<0.01),且观察组的头痛强度评分、头痛频率评分和头痛持续时间评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论 自拟通络活血汤联合针刺可明显降低血管神经性头痛患者疼痛的强度、发作的频率以及持续的时间。Objective To study the clinical effect of self-made Tongluo Huoxue decoction and acupuncture on angioneurotic headache. Methods 60 patients with angioneurotic headache who were admitted to our hospital during January 2019 and December 2021 were enrolled as study subjects, and they were randomly divided into the observation group(30 cases) and the control group(30 cases). Patients in the control group were treated with nimodipine tablets. The patients in the observation group were treated with Tongluo Huoxue Decoction and acupuncture on the basis of the treatment in the control group. The changes of headache intensity, headache frequency and headache duration scores in the two groups after treatment were observed. Results Compared with those before treatment, the headache intensity, headache frequency and headache duration scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01), and the headache intensity, headache frequency and headache duration scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05, P<0.01).Conclusions Tongluo Huoxue decoction combined with acupuncture could significantly reduce the intensity, frequency and duration of pain in patients with angioneurotic headache.
