二位一体皮内针指压法治疗肝郁脾虚型乳腺癌失眠的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察二位一体皮内针指压法治疗肝郁脾虚型乳腺癌失眠的临床研究。方法选择2021年1—12月在本院肿瘤科就诊并诊断为肝郁脾虚型乳腺癌且伴有失眠的90例患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组与观察组两组,每组各45例。对照组采用乳腺癌中医护理常规,观察组采用中医护理常规的同时给以二位一体皮内针指压法护理。比较两组患者治疗前、治疗后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)评分及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组患者睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物、日间功能障碍及总分得分则明显下降,且观察组患者睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物、日间功能障碍及总分得分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二位一体皮内针配合指压法护理与中医常规护理肝郁脾虚型乳腺癌失眠患者均有治疗效果,均能改善其失眠的临床症状,降低PSQI的各维度评分,提高睡眠质量,但二位一体皮内针指压法护理治疗疗效更为显著,治疗效果明显,具有临床推广价值。Objective To observe the clinical study of two-in-one intradermal needle and acupuncture in the treatment of insomnia in patients suffered from breast cancer of liver depression and spleen deficiency type.Methods From January 2021 to December 2021,90 patients diagnosed with breast cancer of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency and accompanied by insomnia in the oncology department of our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing for breast cancer,while the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing and two-in-one intradermal needle and acupressure nursing.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of sleep quality,fall asleep time,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disturbance,hypnotic drugs,daytime dysfunction and total score of the two groups of patients decreased obviously,what’s more,the scores of sleep quality,fall asleep time,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disturbance,hypnotic drugs,daytime dysfunction and total score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Both two-in-one intradermal injection together with the finger pressing method integrated nursing and traditional Chinese medicine care present effect in the treatment of insomnia in patients suffered from breast cancer.Both of them could improve the clinical symptoms of insomnia,reduce the dimension of PSQI score,and improve the quality of sleep.However,the nursing effect of two-in-one intradermal acupressure is more significant,and the therapeutic effect is obvi
