探讨担架员救护知识及技能培训在院前急救中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨担架员救护知识及技能培训在院前急救中的作用。方法选择2020年7月—2021年12月本院及对口帮扶社区所属急救站的院前急救担架员共20名作为研究对象,采用回顾性调查方法,培训前对其进行救护知识及技能考核,之后由本院具备急诊医学工作经验的专业医护团队对其给予规范培训,培训后再次进行考核。分别比较培训前后的考核成绩及满意度评价结果。结果培训后,担架员急救技能提高明显(P<0.001),出诊医生护士对担架员参与急救能力的满意度显著提高(P<0.01),患者或家属对院前急救的整体满意度得到提升(P<0.05)。结论对从事院前急救的担架员进行救护知识及技能培训,有助于提高急救团队协作能力,提升院前急救综合效率。Objective To explore the effects of first aid knowledge and skills training of stretcher bearers in pre-hospital emergency.Methods 20 stretcher bearers from our hospital and first aid station of counterpart community were selected as the research objects from July 2020 to December 2021.Retrospective survey method was applied in this study.Before the training,they were assessed for their rescue knowledge and skills.Then,they were given standardized training by the professional medical team of our hospital with emergency medicine experience.After training,the study subjects were assessed again.The inspection results and the satisfaction evaluation results before and after training were compared respectively.Results After the training,the first aid skills of stretcher bearers were improved significantly(P<0.001),the satisfaction evaluation on ability of stretcher bearers from doctors and nurses was improved(P<0.01),and also those from patients or their families(P<0.05).Conclusions The first aid knowledge and skills training for stretcher bearers engaged in pre-hospital emergency is helpful to improve the cooperation ability of the team,and significantly improve the overall efficiency of pre-hospital emergency.
