摘 要:城市综合管廊是一种地下空间集约化应用方式,由于建成后运营周期长、穿越环境复杂、运营管理工作繁重的特点,其运营过程中会面临诸多复杂安全风险。为有效评估城市综合管廊运营期间的总体安全状况,首先从廊体情况、管线情况、管廊设备设施情况、人员组织管理、自然环境情况、运营情况6个方面对影响管廊运营安全的相关因素进行分析,建立了运营安全评价指标体系。随后提出了基于熵权-Vague集的综合评价方法,最后通过算例对不同运营时期的安全运营状况进行评价,以算例验证评价方法可行性。研究表明,该方法对于城市综合管廊运营安全的评估是科学的、有效的,其评价结果可以作为制定综合管廊运营维护方案与后续规划设计的参考。Urban utility tunnel is an intensive application of underground space and important urban infrastructure.Due to the characteristics of the long operation period after completion,the complex crossing environment,many participating in the operation department,and the heavy operation and management work,it will face many complex safety risks in the operation process.To effectively evaluate the overall safety situation during the operation of urban utility tunnel and provide new and targeted management theory for the operation and maintenance of utility tunnel,it is necessary to comprehensively evaluate the safety situation during the operation of utility tunnel based on studying the evaluation theory and method suitable for the characteristics of a utility tunnel.Firstly,the relevant factors affecting the operation safety of utility tunnel are analyzed from six aspects of the structure of utility tunnel,the situation of pipelines and lines,equipment and facilities of utility tunnel,personnel organization and management,natural environment situation and operation situation,and then selecting evaluation indexes from the above six aspects,and the operational safety evaluation index system is established.Then according to the fuzzy characteristics of evaluation index,combined with Vague sets theory to deal with the uncertainty problem of favorable expression ability,a comprehensive evaluation method based on entropy weight-Vague sets is proposed.Finally,an example is used to evaluate the safety operation of four different operation periods,and the feasibility of the evaluation method is verified.The research shows that the established evaluation index system is helpful for operators to conduct risk research and judgment and improve their safety operation,and the proposed evaluation method is scientific and effective for the evaluation of the operation safety of the urban utility tunnel.The evaluation results can be used as a reference for the formulation of the operation scheme and the follow-up planning and design of t
