摘　　要：为了探究任务沟通、成员情境意识和交互记忆系统对机场应急救援绩效的影响机制,采用任务沟通量表、成员情境意识量表和交互记忆系统量表,对146名机场应急救援人员进行了问卷调查与数据分析,以验证假设模型。结果表明,任务沟通、成员情境意识、交互记忆系统和机场应急救援绩效两两呈显著正相关。但任务沟通对机场应急救援绩效无直接影响,而是通过3条路径间接影响机场应急救援绩效:成员情境意识的中介作用、交互记忆系统的中介作用,以及成员情境意识和交互记忆系统的链式中介作用。有效提高机场应急救援各部门之间的任务沟通、成员情境意识和交互记忆系统水平,可提升机场应急救援绩效,减少航空事故中的人员伤亡。The present paper is aimed to deeply investigate and clarify the airport emergency rescue performance mechanism,the influence of the task communication,the member situational awareness,and the transactive memory system on the airport emergency rescue performance for establishing an assumption model of the relationship among the four aspects based on the literature review.In that case,the author conducts a questionnaire survey among the 146 airport emergency rescue workers in some large-scale airport companies.As a result,we collected the data sampling results on the task communication scale,the member situational awareness scale,the transactive memory system scale,and the airport emergency rescue performance for verifying the assumption model through the relevant analysis and mediating the effect test through SPSS and AMOS modes.SPSS is used for basic analysis.Bypassing the Pearson correlation coefficient test in SPSS,the results of our investigation and analysis show that the task communication,the member situational awareness,the transactive memory system,and the airport emergency rescue performance tend to be significantly positively correlated pairwise.The results of the Pearson analysis show a good theoretical basis for further analysis.AMOS is used for further verification of the hypothetical relationship between the task communication and the airport emergency rescue performance by Structural Equation Model(SEM).It is shown in the SEM that the task communication does not exert direct influence on the airport emergency rescue performance,but it can indirectly affect the airport emergency rescue performance in the following three ways:the independent mediating effect of the member situational awareness;the independent mediating effect of the transactive memory system;and the chain mediating effect of the member situational awareness and the transactive memory system.Therefore,effective advances in the level of task communication,member situational awareness,and transactive memory system between different sec
