摘  要:以小麦秸秆为原材料、以活性炭为催化剂,在微波辐照下制备了生物炭并进行了理化表征,而后对比考察了其对阴离子染料甲基橙(MO)和阳离子染料亚甲基蓝(MB)的吸附特性。结果表明,提高微波辐照功率,生物炭的比表面积和孔体积逐渐增大,对染料的吸附量也相应增加,对MB的吸附量达87.72 mg/g。相关性分析表明微波生物炭对MO的吸附主要是受比表面积和孔体积决定的物理吸附,对MB的吸附则兼具有物理吸附和静电吸引作用。动力学和等温线研究表明微波生物炭对染料的吸附受多种因素控制,低功率制备的微波生物炭符合Langmuir吸附,而高功率制备的炭更符合Freundlich多分子层吸附。影响因素研究表明,受静电作用、络合作用的影响,溶液pH值、阳离子浓度以及吸附温度都会影响吸附效果。To evaluate the adsorption performance of microwave biochar for anionic and cationic dyes,and elucidate the governing sorption mechanism,a series of microwave biochars derived from wheat straw in the presence of an activated carbon(AC)catalyst,were produced by microwave radiation under 100-600 W.The physicochemical properties of microwave biochars were characterized by scanning electron microscope,simultaneous thermal analyzer,Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,specific surface and aperture analyzer,and point of zero charges(pHPZC),etc.Then the microwave biochars were tested as sorbents of anionic methyl orange(MO)and cationic methylene blue(MB).The microwave biochar had an excellent pore structure with a specific surface area ranging 6.82 m^(2)/g to 386.43 m^(2)/g,and pore volume ranging 0.03 cm~3/g to 0.29 cm~3/g.With the increase of microwave power,much more pore was developed on the microwave biochar,however too high a microwave power lever would increase the pore size by destroying the hole wall.Besides,the biochars’aromaticity and pHPZCenhanced with increasing microwave power.The adsorption capacity of microwave biochar for MO and MB was 0.46-56.16 mg/g and 54.83-87.72 mg/g,respectively,and the adsorption capacity generally increased with elevating the microwave power.Correlation analysis showed that the adsorption of MO by microwave biochar was mainly physical adsorption determined by specific surface area and pore volume,while the adsorption of MB was dominated by both physical adsorption and electrostatic attraction.The quasi-second-order kinetic equation fitted the dye adsorption on microwave biochar better,indicating the adsorption was controlled by both physical adsorption and chemical adsorption.Adsorption of dye on low microwave power(100 W)biochar was mainly Langmuir monolayer adsorption,while high microwave power(600 W)biochar belonged to Freundlich multilayer adsorption.Influenced by electrostatic attraction,increasing pH value is beneficial for microwave biochar adsorbing MB,while decreas
