摘  要:来采用冷轧复合工艺制备了耐蚀热双金属RSN210,设计了组元合金层厚比,计算和预测了比弯曲、温曲率和电阻率等物理性能,确定了最佳的组元合金层厚比;测试分析了半成品和成品的力学性能、电阻率、结合强度、层厚比和界面扩散层等各项性能;研究了稳定化热处理工艺对比弯曲和温曲率的影响。Corrosion resistant thermal bimetal RSN210 was prepared by cold rolling composite process.The component alloy layer thickness ratio was designed.The physical properties such as thermal deflection,specific thermal curvature and resistivity were calculated and predicted,and the best component alloy layer thickness ratio was determined.The mechanical properties,resistivity,bonding strength,layer thickness ratio and interface diffusion layer of semi-finished products and finished products are tested and analyzed;The effects of stabilizing heat treatment process onthermal deflection and pecificthermal curvaturewere studied.
