摘 要:梳理2000年以后两岸学者的台湾语言政策研究:从研究内容来看,可以分为“国语”政策、“乡土语言”政策、“华语文”政策和外语政策四个方面;从研究层次来看,涉及宏观与微观、共时与历时研究;从研究结果的形式来看,专著类成果主要从宏观层面进行政策沿革的梳理,论文类成果主要以微观的、单一的政策分析为主。文章发现,当前的台湾语言政策研究存在两个薄弱点:一是台湾语言政策的社会实践研究,二是016年以后台湾语言政策的实时研究。The achievements of cross-strait scholars on the language policies in Taiwanfocus on four aspects:“Mandarin”policy, native language policy,“Chinese language”policy and foreign language policy. Through the analysis of the above, this paper finds that the Chinese mainland scholars’ dialectical evaluation of the“Mandarin”policy is relatively objective. As for the native language policy, Taiwan scholars analyze the effect of the policy, while the mainland scholars mainly summarize the gains and losses and political goals. Regarding the“Chinese language”policy, scholars on both sides of the Taiwan Straits focus more on the goal of improving the teaching effect and less on the analysis of“Chinese language”policy. For Foreign Language Policy, Taiwan scholars focus on the analysis of the implementation of policy,while the Chinese mainland scholars center on macro-policy. In addition, mainland scholars also attach importance to the comparative analysis of cross-strait policies. This paper holds the view there are two weaknesses:(1) research in the social practice of the language policy in Taiwan;(2) the dynamic study of the language policy in Taiwan after 2016.
