摘　　要：心脏是人体循环系统的重要器官,心肌细胞的电生理特性能够反映心脏的心律情况。心脏在每次收缩之前,都先有电活动,正常的起搏点为窦房结,可将激动按顺序进行下传,由心房、心室除极与复极所形成的各个波、段及间期数值,都应在一定的范围之内。早搏是临床常见的心律失常,本文旨在正确识别早搏的类型,尤其是早搏的各种不典型表现形式,以便准确地分析和判断患者的病情变化。The heart is an important organ of the human circulatory system.The heart has electrical activity before each contraction.The normal pacemaker is the sinus node,which can transmit the excitement in sequence,and the various wave,segment and interval values formed by the atrium,ventricular depolarization and repolarization,should be within a certain range.Premature beats is common clinical arrhythmia,and the purpose of this paper is to correctly identify the type of premature beats,especially the various atypical manifestations of premature beats,so as to accurately analyze and judge the patients'condition changes.
