摘　　要：目的分析桂林市人民医院静脉用药调配中心不合理用药医嘱最多的类型与情况。方法根据处方审核有关规范及药品说明书要求对静脉用药医嘱进行审核与干预,对2018—2021年的静脉用药不合理医嘱及干预情况进行统计、分类,对4年来不合理医嘱最多的类型以2021年数据为例按药品类别进行分析。结果4年来,不合理医嘱最多的类型均为用药浓度、用药剂量、用药频次,且均占当年总不合理医嘱的50%以上。按药物类别细分,抗肿瘤药、抗菌药这两类药占此类不合理医嘱的51.67%,占2021年总不合理医嘱的26.30%。结论本研究为桂林市人民医院有针对性地进行整改,控制和降低静脉用药不合理医嘱提供了依据。Objective To analyze the most categories and situations of irrational prescriptions in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services of Guilin People's Hospital.Methods According to the relevant specifications for prescription review and the requirements of the drug instructions,the intravenous medication orders were reviewed and intervened,the most irrational medical orders and interventions of intravenous medication from 2018 to 2021 were classified and analyzed,the types of unreasonable medical orders in the past 4 years were analyzed,with the data of the year 2021 being used as an example.Results In the past 4 years,the categories with the most unreasonable medical prescriptions were all drug concentration,drug dose,and drug frequency,and all of them accounted for more than 50% of the total number of such prescriptions in 2021.According to the breakdown of drug categories,antineoplastic drugs and antibacterial drugs accounted for 51.67% of unreasonable medical prescriptions among these categories,and 26.3% of the total number of unreasonable medical prescriptions in 2021.Conclusion The study results provide a basis for Guilin People's Hospital to make targeted corrections to control and reduce unreasonable medical prescriptions of intravenous drugs.
