摘　　要：目的考察桂林医学院附属医院住院病区(以下简称“本院”)的质子泵抑制剂(PPIs)和中药注射剂采用前置审核系统干预后的合理性使用情况,评估前置审核系统对合理用药的促进效果。方法回顾性选取本院2019年未开通前置审核的1249181份住院医嘱作为对照组,本院2020年已开通前置审核的1069189份住院医嘱作为研究组,比较2019年和2020年本院住院病区所有医嘱中PPIs和部分中药注射剂使用情况。结果研究组PPIs和部分中药注射剂使用数量和金额以及适应证不适宜、配伍禁忌、重复用药、用药频次不适宜等不合理用药问题医嘱比重均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前置审核系统有效促进病区所有医嘱中PPIs和部分中药注射剂的合理、安全用药。Objective To investigate the rational use of proton pump inhibitors(PPIs)and traditional Chinese medicine injections of Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical University(hereinafter referred to as"our hospital")after the pre-review prescription system has implemented interventions in the use of inpatients,and evaluate the effect of the pre-review prescription system on the rational use of drugs.Methods Retrospectively selected 1249181 inpatient medical orders without pre-review prescription in 2019 of our hospital as the control group,and 1069189 inpatient medical orders with pre-review prescription in 2020 of our hospital as the research group.Compare the rationality of the hospital prescriptions for all PPIs and part of traditional Chinese medicine injections in the inpatient ward of our hospital in 2019 and 2020.Results The number,amount and the proportion of inappropriate indications,incompatibilities,repeated use of drugs and inappropriate frequency of use of irrational drug use of PPIs and some traditional Chinese medicine injections in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The pre-review prescription system effectively promotes the rational and safe use of PPIs and traditional Chinese medicine injections.
