摘　　要：目的探讨耳穴压籽法减少全身麻醉手术患者苏醒期躁动的效果。方法选择2021年7月至12月于赣南医学院第一附属医院进行全身麻醉手术的80例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用耳穴压籽。比较两组术后疼痛程度及躁动情况。结果观察组术后1、6、12、24 h的疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组躁动程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全身麻醉手术患者使用耳穴压籽法能够减轻患者术后疼痛程度,降低苏醒期躁动发生率,值得临床广泛应用。Objective To explore the effect of ear point seed pressing on reducing restlessness in patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent general anesthesia surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College from July 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with ear point pressing seed on the basis of the control group.The degree of postoperative pain and agitation were compared between the two groups.Results The pain scores of the observation group at 1,6,12 and 24 h after operation were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of agitation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ear point seed pressing method can reduce the degree of postoperative pain and the incidence of restlessness in patients undergoing general anesthesia,which is worthy of wide clinical application.
