摘  要:现有方法存在风险识别率较低的问题,因此提出一种BIM技术在异地技改项目工程风险预警中的应用方法。创建异地技改项目工程的BIM模型,通过多种技术进行数据采集与传输,利用BIM技术将异地技改项目现场数据与创建的BIM模型结合,以安全管理理论和动态控制工程目标理论为基础,对异地技改项目工程风险预警模型进行创建,实现项目工程的动态风险管理与全方位风险监测。实验结果证明方法在楼板边缘坠落风险与高空坠物问题的预警中均具有较高的风险识别率,实际应用效果良好。The existing methods have the problem of low risk identification rate, so this paper proposes an application method of BIM technology in risk early warning of remote technical transformation project. The BIM model of remote technical transformation project is created. Data collection and transmission are carried out through various technologies. The BIM technology is used to combine the site data of remote technical transformation project with the BIM model. Based on the safety management theory and dynamic control engineering target theory, the risk early warning model of remote technical transformation project is created, the dynamic risk management and all-round risk monitoring of the project are realized. The experimental results show that this method has high risk recognition rate in the early warning of floor edge falling risk and falling objects, and the practical application effect is good.
