重症早期预警护理在手足口病患儿中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:研究重症早期预警护理在手足口病(HFMD)患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年3月-2021年3月深圳市第三人民医院收治的124例HFMD患儿作为研究对象。根据随机数字表法将其分为预警组及常规组,各62例。常规组给予常规护理,预警组则在常规组的基础上给予重症早期预警护理。比较两组退热时间、口腔溃疡消退时间及手足疱疹消退时间、预后情况、依从性及家属满意度。结果:预警组退热时间、口腔溃疡消退时间及手足疱疹消退时间均早于常规组(P<0.05)。预警组重症占比及并发症发生率均低于常规组,且住院时间短于常规组(P<0.05)。预警组合理饮食、合理运动、遵医用药及健康行为占比均高于常规组(P<0.05)。预警组服务态度、操作技能及责任心评分均高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:重症早期预警护理可促进HFMD患儿病情恢复,降低并发症发生率,可改善患者预后,提高患儿家属满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To study the application effect of early warning nursing for severe cases in children with hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD).Method:A total of 124 children with HFMD admitted to Shenzhen Third People’s Hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the study subjects.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into warning group and routine group,with 62 cases in each group.The routine group was given routine nursing,while the warning group was given early warning nursing for severe cases on the basis of the routine group.The antipyretic time,oral ulcer regression time,hand and foot herpes regression time,prognosis condition,compliance and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The antipyretic time,oral ulcer regression time,hand and foot herpes regression time in the warning group were earlier than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The proportion of severe cases and the incidence of complications in the warning group were lower than those in the routine group,and the hospital stay was shorter than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The proportions of reasonable diet,reasonable exercise,follow the doctor and take medicine and healthy behavior in the warning group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The scores of service attitude,operation skills and sense of responsibility in the warning group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early warning nursing for severe cases can promote the recovery of HFMD children,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the prognosis of patients,improve the satisfaction of children’s family members,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
