穴位注射治疗急性胰腺炎胃肠功能障碍的研究进展

摘　　要：急性胰腺炎是消化系统常见的急腹症,发病后极易造成胃肠屏障及功能受损,导致肠道细菌、内毒素从血液循环到全身引起脓毒血症、多器官功能衰竭甚至死亡。穴位注射通过注射的药物、经络、穴位复合作用,达到减轻炎症反应、调节胃肠激素、增加肠道有益菌群、保护胃肠道屏障,从而缓解胃肠道症状、促进病情的恢复。目前临床上穴位注射疗效确切,但注射药物种类繁多且鲜少有该疗法近年详细的研究进展,从足三里穴位注射及其药物选择两方面进行综合论述,以期为临床使用穴位注射治疗急性胰腺炎胃肠功能障碍提供文献资料支撑。Acute pancreatitis is a common acute abdomen of the digestive system,it is easy to cause gastrointestinal barrier and impaired after onset,leading to intestinal bacteria,endotoxin from the circulation of blood throughout the body cause sepsis and multiple organ failure and even death.Acupoint injection by injecting drugs,meridians,acupuncture points composite effect,to reduce inflammation reaction and gastrointestinal hormone regulation,increase of beneficial bacteria in the intestine,gastrointestinal barrier protection,so as to alleviate gastrointestinal symptoms,enhance the recovery of disease.The clinical curative effect of point injection is exactly,but there are many different kinds of injectable drugs and few research progress of the therapy in recent years in detail.From two aspects of foot three mile point injection and drug selection is discussed synthetically,so as to provide literature support for clinical use of point injection treatment of acute pancreatitis gastrointestinal dysfunction.
