旅游开发视角下的传统村落景观综合评价方法研究

摘　　要：传统村落拥有较为丰富的自然与文化资源,是承载地域历史信息与文化景观的重要空间,村落景观资源的质量状况是传统村落旅游开发的首要条件。以呼和浩特市传统村落——西乌素图村为研究对象,以旅游开发AVC理论为指导,结合美景度评价法与层次分析法,构建面向公众感知的传统村落景观“三力”综合评价体系。结果表明,西乌素图村景观资源优势明显,以古建筑、历史遗址为代表的人文景观资源,以杏林花海为代表的自然景观资源较为突出,村落环境承载力整体状况相对良好,但民俗文化类资源吸引力弱、农旅融合程度低、基础设施建设落后等因素限制了村落景观评价结果。研究将实地调研和评价结果相结合,提出西乌素图村景观优化策略,为此类传统村落景观评价和旅游开发提供研究方法和思路。Traditional villages have rich natural and cultural resources and are important spaces for carrying regional historical information and cultural landscape.The quality of village landscape resources is the primary condition for the tourism development of traditional villages.This research takes Xiwusutu village,a traditional village in Hohhot city,as the research object,guided by the AVC theory of tourism development,combined with the beauty evaluation method and the analytic hierarchy process,to build a comprehensive evaluation system of"three forces"of traditional village landscape for public perception.The results show that Xiwusutu village has obvious advantages in landscape resources,including cultural landscape resources represented by ancient buildings and historical sites and natural landscape resources represented by apricot forest and flower sea.The overall environmental carrying capacity of the village is relatively good.However,such factors as weak attraction of folk culture resources,low integration of agriculture with tourism,and backward infrastructure construction limit the evaluation results of village landscape.The research combines the field investigation and evaluation results,proposes the landscape optimization strategy of Xiwusutu village,and provides research methods and ideas for the landscape evaluation and tourism development of such traditional villages.
