簇集状粟粒样传染性软疣一例

摘　　要：33岁男性患者,阴茎及包皮丘疹4个月。皮肤科情况:阴茎中段簇集的粟粒大小白色丘疹,表面光滑,孤立不融合,聚集成片,周围可见散在分布或线状排列同型丘疹。皮肤镜检查:丘疹内四叶草样白色无定形结构,周围环绕模糊放射状、点状血管。反射式共聚焦激光显微镜检查:表皮内可见散在分布的完整囊腔样结构,腔内可见大量高折光的较大圆形细胞。皮损组织病理检查:表皮细胞胞质内见大量嗜酸性病毒包涵体。诊断:传染性软疣。A 33-year-old male patient presented with papules on the penis and foreskin for 4 months.Physical examination found the clustered white smooth papules with military size in the middle of the penis.The papules aggregated into sheets without coalescence.Around the sheets,some papules of the same type were scattered or linearly arranged.The-four-leaf-clover-like white unstructured area was seen in the center of each papule,which was surrounded by fuzzy radial and punctate blood vessels under dermatoscopy.Reflective confocal laser microscope(RCM)found intact cyst-like structures containing a large number of round cells with high refractive index scattered in the epidermis.The histopathology of skin lesion showed a large number of eosinophilic molluscum bodies in the epidermis.The patient was diagnosed with molluscum contagiosum.
