摘　　要：阐述民航空管通信网络的特点,影响空管通信网的主要因素,优化措施,包括提高硬件质量、优化组网结构,提高网络可扩展性、利用率和可靠性,提高基于IP技术设备网络的业务承载力和防御力。This paper expounds the characteristics of the civil aviation air traffic control communication network,the main factors affecting the air traffic control communication network,and the optimization measures,including improving the hardware quality,optimizing the network structure,improving the network scalability,utilization and reliability,and improving the service carrying capacity and defense capability of the IP based equipment network.
