摘　　要：阐述云平台的安全稳定运行是业务正常对外服务的重要保证,其日常运维包括实时监控、配置变更、版本升级、故障处置等工作,云资源之间的安全隔离,以及云上数据的安全保护。探讨云平台的架构,提出两种不同的IT运维管理模式,三层体系架构。This paper describes that the safe and stable operation of the cloud platform is an important guarantee for the normal external services of the business.Its daily operation and maintenance includes real-time monitoring,configuration changes,version upgrading,fault handling,etc.,the security isolation between cloud resources,and the security protection of cloud data.It discusses the architecture of the cloud platform and proposes two different IT operation and maintenance management models,namely,a three-tier architecture.
