摘 要:阐述ETS系统能减少机组的非计划停机或异常停机,有效地保证主设备的安全。通过对多台315MW机组ETS的安全可靠性进行评估,发现大多数机组的ETS都存在一些安全隐患。ETS的设计和安全理念在不断的发展和进步,随着DCS控制系统执行速度的不断提高,ETS采用DCS一体化控制,提高了ETS可靠性,同时也有利于软硬件的维护。This paper describes that ETS system can reduce unscheduled shutdown or abnormal shutdown of units and effectively ensure the safety of main equipment.By evaluating the safety and reliability of ETS of many 315MW units,it is found that there are some potential safety hazards in ETS of most units.The design and safety concept of ETS are constantly developing and progressing.With the continuous improvement of the implementation speed of DCS control system,ETS adopts DCS integrated control,which improves the reliability of ETS and is also conducive to the maintenance of software and hardware.
