摘 要:针对煤矿井下穿层钻孔钻遇硬岩时钻进效率降低,PDC钻头磨损快、进尺少,影响矿井生产接替等问题,提出了“三专两配套”技术方案,即采用专用钻机、专用空压机、专用管路、配套高效气动冲击器、配套专业化钻孔施工机组。通过改善钻机与工艺的匹配性,提升空压机工作能力,发挥气动冲击器最优工作性能,保障整套技术方案的高效实施,形成了一套完整的煤矿井下硬岩气动冲击回转钻进技术与装备。在淮南潘三矿2121(1)运顺瓦斯治理巷的现场试验结果表明,在含有坚固性系数超过11的石英砂岩坚硬地层中,考察的11个完整钻孔的单孔硬岩段平均机械钻速为15.94 m/h,与采用该技术方案之前的8.48 m/h提高了88%。In view of the problems of low drilling efficiency, quick wear and less footage of PDC bit and influence on mine production replacement when drilling hard rock through layer-through borehole in underground coal mines, the technical scheme of "three special and two matching" is put forward,which contains special drilling rig, special air compressor, special pipeline, high-efficiency pneumatic impactor and professional drilling construction unit. By improving the matching between the drilling rig and the process, improving the working performance of the air compressor, giving play to the optimal working capacity of the pneumatic impactor, and ensuring the efficient implementation of the whole set of technical scheme, a complete set of pneumatic percussive rotary drilling technology and equipments for hard rock in underground coal mine have been formed. After using this technical in the hard formation of quartz sandstone with firmness coefficient more than 11, the field test results of gas management roadway of 2121(1) transport roadway in Pansan mine of Huainan showed that the average rate of penetration of 11 complete boreholes in hard rock section is 15.94 m/h, which is 88% higher than that of 8.48 m/h before adopting this technical scheme.
