摘 要:针对阳煤五矿小断面岩巷钻爆法掘进面临的月进尺水平低、工效低而导致采掘衔接紧张的问题,在分析制约掘进施工速度原因的基础上,进行楔直复合掏槽技术的爆破参数优化、基于FLAC3D和现场观测的支护参数优化,根据矸石抛掷距离要求,采用分次爆破和全断面一次爆破间隔施工的爆破施工工艺,控制了矸石抛掷距离,并优化施工组织。研究结果表明,楔直复合掏槽技术具有良好的破岩效果,炮眼利用率达到93%以上,平均单循环进尺达到2.15 m,日进尺达到6.4 m/d,日进尺提高25.5%;矸石抛掷距离控制在15~20 m;锚杆由“4-4-4”优化为“4-3-4”布置,锚杆排距提高11.8%,仍能保证巷道的安全,同时锚杆工程量减少1 338根,锚杆支护量减少约16%,工时节约105 h;以上措施的综合运用,使试验巷道月进尺达到160 m以上,与原施工方案相比提高33%。In view of the low level of monthly ruler and low working efficiency and the tension of the construction speed,optimized the blasting parameters and supporting parameters based on FLAC3Dand the field observation,and controlled the gangue throwing distance and optimized the construction organization.The findings suggest that wedge straight composite groove technology has a good rock breaking effect,the utilization rate of blastholes reached over 93%,the average single cycle ruler reached 2.15 m,the daily ruler reached 6.4 m/d,daily input measures were increased by 25.5%;the gangue throwing distance was controlled between 15 and 20 m;the anchor bar was optimized from"4-4-4"to a"4-3-4"arrangement,increase anchor row improved by 11.8%,still can ensure the safety of the roadway,at the same time,the anchor bar work quantity was reduced by 1 338,anchor rod support is reduced by about 16%,hours saving 105 h;comprehensive application of the above measures make the tunneling speed of the test tunnel reach more than 160 m,33%compared with the origina construction plan.
