摘 要:为了解决巷道因火成岩侵入而使巷道围岩难以支护的问题,深入研究了双鸭山矿业集团东保卫煤矿巨厚火成岩侵入区巷道的工程实际状况。钻孔窥视和对岩石样本的力学性质分析结果表明:巷道围岩内部破碎、风化严重,一旦遇水后强度明显下滑,塑性区范围有所扩大,这使得巷道形变量增加进而增大了巷道支护难度。根据现场实际工程状况,建立了三维数值模型,有针对性地提出3种支护设计方案来优化矿井原有支护参数,在保障巷道围岩稳定的条件下,为东保卫煤矿提供了经济、有效的支护方案。In order to solve the problem of difficult rock support in the tunnel due to the intrusion of igneous rocks, the actual condition of the tunnel in the intrusion zone of the mega-thick igneous rocks of Shuangyashan mining group Dongbaowei coal mine was studied in depth. The results of the drilling and analysis of the mechanical properties of the rock samples showed that the internal fragmentation and weathering of the roadway surrounding rocks are serious, and the strength decreases significantly once water is encountered, and the plastic zone is expanded, which makes the roadway deformation increase and thus makes the roadway support more difficult. Based on the actual engineering conditions at the site, a 3D numerical model was established and three support design options were proposed to optimise the original support parameters of the mine, providing an economic and effective support solution for the Dongbaowei coal mine while ensuring the stability of the roadway surrounding rock.
