摘 要:为解决厚煤层沿空留巷切顶卸压后的巷道稳定性问题,以古城矿6 m煤厚N1305工作面作为工程实例,运用理论分析、数值模拟、现场实践结合的方法,分别研究预裂爆破孔间距、切顶高度及切顶角度3个重要参数对切顶留巷的影响。经力学计算和现场实践,爆破孔间距900 mm时贯通性效果最优。通过UDEC软件分别对不同切顶高度和角度的工况进行数值模拟,发现随着切顶高度的增加,充填体上方顶板应力和下沉量均先减小后稳定;随着切顶角度的增加,应力和下沉量均增大,得出最优切顶高度为21.8 m,角度为5°。将研究结果应用于煤矿现场,发现切顶后的留巷效果相对不切顶时效果较好,可为同类型的切顶留巷提供经验参考。In order to solve the problem of roadway stability after leaving the roadway along the goaf and cutting the roof after unloading the pressure in the thick coal seam, taking the 6 m coal thickness N1305 working face of Gucheng mine as an engineering example, using theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, and on-site practice combined methods to study pre-splitting blasting. The three important parameters of hole spacing, top-cut height and top-cut angle affect the impact of top-cutting and roadway retention. After mechanical calculation and field practice, the penetration effect is the best when the blast hole spacing is 900 mm. Through the UDEC software, the numerical simulation of the working conditions of different top cutting heights and angles is carried out. It is found that with the increase of the top cutting height, the stress and subsidence of the top plate above the filling body first decrease and then stabilize;with the increase of the top cutting angle, the stress and the amount of subsidence both increase, and the optimal top cutting height is 21.8 m, and the angle is 5°. Applying the research results to the coal mine site, it is found that the effect of roadway retaining after roof cutting is better than that of non-roofing, which can provide an empirical reference for the same type of roof cutting and roadway retaining.
