摘  要:研究特厚煤层分层综放开采技术可行性,解决特厚煤层的开采技术难题。依据特厚煤层结构以及冒放性分析结果可知,特厚煤层分层综放开采受煤层强度、顶煤节理裂隙以及顶煤直接顶条件的影响。依据特厚煤层综放开采时的顶煤冒放性,将顶煤冒放性划分为4类。通过顶煤冒放性划分结果可知,特厚煤层分层综放开采技术具有降低顶板强度、降低顶煤厚度、提升资源采出率、提升顶煤冒放性等优点。特厚煤层的最佳开采技术为上分层综采下分层综放技术,为了保障特厚煤层分层综放开采的安全性,分析分层综放开采技术的下分层综放开采工作面安全管控技术。将分层综放开采技术应用于某煤矿特厚煤层开采中,验证特厚煤层分层综放开采技术的可行性。Study the technical feasibility of slicing and fully mechanized caving mining in extra-thick coal seams, and solve technical problems in extra-thick coal seams. According to the analysis results of extra-thick coal seam structure and caving properties, it can be known that the fully-mechanized slicing caving mining of extra-thick coal seam is affected by coal seam strength, top coal joints and cracks, and top coal direct roof conditions. According to the top coal caving properties of super-thick coal seams in fully mechanized caving mining, the top coal caving properties are divided into four categories. According to the classification results of top coal caving properties, it can be seen that the super-thick coal seam layered fully mechanized caving mining technology has the advantages of reducing the strength of the roof, reducing the thickness of the top coal, increasing the resource recovery rate, and improving the caving properties of the top coal. The best mining technology for extra-thick coal seams is upper-slice fully mechanized mining and lower-slice fully mechanized caving technology. In order to ensure the safety of slicing fully mechanized caving mining in extra-thick coal seams, the lower slicing fully mechanized caving mining technology is analyzed. Face safety control technology. The slicing fully mechanized caving mining technology was applied to the mining of an extra-thick seam in a coal mine to verify the feasibility of the slicing fully mechanized caving mining technology for the extra-thick coal seam.
