摘 要:为研究纳米压裂液对煤孔隙结构影响。以低中高阶煤样为研究对象,制备普通清洁压裂液和不同浓度纳米压裂液,对普通清洁压裂液和不同浓度纳米压裂液处理后煤样开展低温液氮吸附实验。结果表明:纳米压裂液处理后煤孔隙形态发生变化,孔隙连通性变差;不同浓度纳米压裂液处理后煤样小孔面积和孔体积明显增大。分形维数拟合结果表明:处理后3种煤阶煤样的孔隙结构由复杂变为简单;低阶煤处理后煤体表面变得粗糙,中阶和高阶煤处理后煤体表面变得光滑。以上研究结果揭示了纳米压裂液对煤孔隙结构影响的微观机理,对纳米压裂液煤储层的损害研究和低损伤纳米压裂液研制具有指导意义。To study the effect of nano-fracturing fluid on coal pore structure. Taking low, middle and high order coal samples as the research object, ordinary clean fracturing fluid and different concentrations of nano fracturing fluid were prepared, and low temperature liquid nitrogen adsorption experiments were carried out on coal samples treated with ordinary clean fracturing fluid and different concentrations of nano fracturing fluid. The results show that the pore morphology of coal changes after nano-fracturing fluid treatment, and the pore connectivity becomes worse. The pore area and pore volume of coal samples treated with different concentrations of nano-fracturing fluid increased significantly. The fractal dimension fitting results show that the pore structure of the three coal rank coal samples changed from complex to simple after treatment. The coal surface becomes rough after low-rank coal treatment, and smooth after medium-rank and high-rank coal treatment. The above results reveal the microscopic mechanism of the influence of nano-fracturing fluid on coal pore structure, which has guiding significance for studying the damage of nano-fracturing fluid to coal reservoir and developing low damage nano-fracturing fluid.
