摘 要:针对穿层钻孔瓦斯喷孔的突发性及喷孔强度的随机性,研发了瓦斯电闭锁式气动密封防喷装置,实现了井下作业环境瓦斯浓度实时监测及施工钻机电源闭锁、气动密封自动控制,有效杜绝了钻孔施工期间瓦斯涌出引发超限,避免了人工停钻、二次防护的滞后性,保障了现场施工人员作业的安全性。气动式固孔密封装置解决了煤渣堵塞手柄旋转困难、安装时间过长的问题;气动式固孔密封装置可与孔壁紧密结合,防止了孔口漏气;气动旋转式密封装置实现了连续密闭式自动排渣,阻断了打钻冲孔期间瓦斯涌出的通道,降低了巷道瓦斯浓度。In view of the sudden of the outburst of gas and the randomness of orifice strength, the blowout prevention equipment by pneumatic sealed with type of mash gas electric locking was developed,it was realized which real-time monitoring of gas concentration in underground operation environment,gas electric locking and pneumatic seal automatic control. The overrun caused by gas emission was effectively eliminated during drilling construction, the lag of manual drilling stop and secondary protection was avoided, the safety of on-site construction personnel was ensured. It was solved by equipment of the pneumatic solid hole sealing,which was difficult to rotate the handle due to cinder blockage and too long to instal;the pneumatic solid hole sealing device can be closely combined with the hole wall to prevent air leakage at the orifice;the pneumatic rotary sealing device was used, automatic slag discharge and continuous close were realized, the passage of gas emission during drilling and punching were blocked, the concentration of gas was reduced.
