摘 要:为了获得安全可靠、稳定运行的掘进机,以某型掘进机减速器齿轮为研究对象,对齿轮的润滑特性分类进行分析,运用计算机仿真的方法对运行过程中掘进机减速器齿轮的润滑特性进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明:掘进机减速器齿轮在运行过程中,沿着齿宽方向接触油膜厚度及润滑压力呈现基本一致的趋势,而沿着齿面方向油膜厚度及润滑压力呈现周期性波峰波谷变化趋势;随着运行速度的增加,齿轮接触油膜从均匀全润滑状态逐渐变化为非均匀的混合润滑状态,且随着速度增加,齿轮接触油膜均匀性越差;该研究为煤矿机械装备齿轮传动系统润滑提供有益的借鉴。In order to obtain a safe, reliable and stable roadheader, the reducer gear of a roadheader has been regarded as the research object, the lubrication characteristics of the gear have been classified and analyzed, and the lubrication characteristics of the roadheader reducer gear have been simulated and analyzed by using the method of computer simulation. The simulation results show that the contact oil film thickness and lubrication pressure along the tooth width direction show a basically consistent trend, while the oil film thickness and lubrication pressure along the tooth surface direction show a periodic peak and trough trend;with the increase of running speed, the gear contact oil film gradually changes from uniform full lubrication state to non-uniform mixed lubrication state, and the uniformity of gear contact oil film becomes worse with the increase of speed;the research provides a useful reference for the gear transmission system lubrication of coal mine machinery and equipment.
