摘  要:随着煤矿智能化技术发展,行业对地质探测设备的智能化、通信能力和采集数据的交互能力提出了更高的要求。介绍了一种基于Android的音频电透系统,该系统在Android平台进行软件开发,利用Wi-Fi、5G等无线网络技术,实现了数据采集、控制,实现探测数据远程操控等功能,同时实现了以用户为中心的人机交互设计。在系统的电路研究部分,将多级模拟滤波技术与数字信号处理技术相结合,实现了有效抑制噪声并提高仪器小信号(微伏级)拾取能力;采用用低功耗处理器,有效提高仪器的工作时间;程控发射电极切换及发射电阻匹配,提高施工发射电流匹配、施工效率等。As the development of intelligent technology in coal mine, the industry has put forward higher requirements on the intelligence, communication ability and data acquisition interaction ability of geological exploration equipment. Present the Android-based audio-frequency electrical penetration system. The software of system based on Android platform. By using Wi-Fi, 5G and other wireless network technologies, the functions of data collection and control, remote control of detection data have been implemented, meantime, the user-centered human-computer interaction design is realized. The multistage analog filtering technology is combined with digital signal processing technology in the circuit part of the system,which achieve the small signal(microvolt level) picking ability of the instrument is improved and noise is effectively suppressed as well.By adopting low power processor, the working time of the instrument has been effectively improved;the construction emission current matching and construction efficiency have been improved due to the switching of program controlled emitter electrode matched with emitter resistance.
