摘 要:在实验室内分别用浮选机和浮选柱对同一煤泥样品进行浮选试验,研究发现在相同浮精灰分指标条件下,浮选柱的分选指标略优于浮选机,且浮选柱浮选时药剂消耗量明显更低。此外,浮选柱具有结构简单、调控方便,浮选精煤灰分可调节范围优于浮选机。The floatation experiments of the same coal slime sample were carruied out by a floatation cell and a floatation column in the laboratory. It was found that the separation index of the flotation column was slightly better than that of the floatation cell under the same ash content requirement of floatation concentration, but the reagents consumption of the flotation column was significantly lower than that of the floatation cell. In addition, the flotation column has a simple structure and convenient adjustment and control, and the adjustable range of the ash content of the floatation concentration is better than that of the flotation cell.
